Chocolate Caramel Sea Salt Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 2/3 cup milk

  • 5 to 6 small pitted dates

  • 1/2 frozen banana

  • 1 to 2 Tablespoons cocoa

  • 1 scoop Barlean's Chocolate Silk Greens

  • 1 Tablespoon peanut butter

  • pinch of sea salt

  • handful of ice

  • coarse sea salt, chocolate syrup, and/or chopped dark chocolate to garnish (optional)

Blend everything in a high-powered blender until smooth and frothy. If desired, garnish with some chopped dark chocolate and a good pinch of coarse sea salt, as well as a drizzle of chocolate syrup. Whether you're starting your day with this smoothie for breakfast or ending your day with this smoothie for dessert, enjoy it! Sometimes it feels great to indulge a craving.
