2 1/4k Stonemill Meel;

2 tl bakpoeier;

1 tl koeksoda;

1 eier;

1/2k greek jogurt;

2 eetl gesmelte coconut oil;

1/2k rysmelk;

1/sk vars lemoensap;

lemoen zest,

1/3k heuning

'n goeie koppie vol vars blueberries.

Meng meel, bakpoeier en koeksoda in 'n bakkie. In groter bak klits eier tot fluffy en meng jogurt, olie, melk, sap, zest en heuning goed saam. Meng helfte van die meel by nat bestandele met 'n spatula. Meng die blueberries met die ander helfte meel en vou versigtig by die deeg. Moenie oorwerk nie, meng net goed deur. Bak by 180C 30 min/ tot gaar en toetspen skoon uitkom. Laat staan 5min en laat afkoel op n rakkie. *kan gewone melk ook gebruik, sit dan net bietjie meer heuning in vir soetgeit of 'n 1/1 gf meel ipv stone mill.
