500ml Eureka Stone Mill Koekmeel 20ml Bakpoeier 1/4k fyn organic bruin suiker (fyngemaak in die coffee grinder) 3 eiers 150ml greek jogurt 125ml coconut oil 1/2k fyn biltong 1 eetl borrie 1tl smoked paprika 2eetl mix herbs 1 tl fyn garlic (flakes fyngemaak in coffee grinder) Goeie skoot sout, hang af hoe sout jou biltong is.

Metode: Voorverhit oond 180C Meng droe bestandele goed deur Klits jogurt, eier en olie Voeg by droe bestandele en meng deur Skep in ‘n goed gesmeerde/gevoerde klein broodpan en bak 50 – 60min tot gaar

Heerlik saam met gewone maaskaas Eks seker gewone meel, suiker hoeveelheid aangepas en gewone olie sal ook werk soos in die oorspronklike resep.
