1/4 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt 2 cloves garlic. pr 2 cloves garlic. pressed or minced 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1/2 teaspoon paprika 1/2 teaspoon onion powder 1/2 teaspoon cumin 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon Pinch of cayenne 2 dashes Sriracha rooster hot sauce
1 chicken breast. diced in I inch pieces 2 tablespoon olie for frylng
4 pitas
Toppings: Hummus. diced tomato, sliced cucumber. plain Greek yogurt
Directions
1) Mix yogurt. garlic, spices and hot sauce. Stir in chicken and let marinate at room temperature for 45 minutes. 2) Heat a large fry pan to medium heat and add half the olive oil and half the chicken. removing excess marinade. Cook 2-3 minutes until browned. flip and cook 1-2 more minutes. Repeat with other half of the olive oil and meat. Serve with pitas and toppings as desired
