CHAKALAKA HERDERSPASTEI

BESTANDDELE 15 ml olie 1 ui gekap 300gr maalvleis 15 ml tamatiepasta 1 blik chakalaka 250 ml ertjies 2 groot patats 1 groot aartappel 100 ml volroom melk ‘n klont botter

METODE Braai ui in olie tot glansend. Voeg maalvleis by en braai bruin.Geur na smaak met sout en peper. Voeg tamatiepasta by en braai nog vir minuut of 2. Voeg chakalaka en ertjies by en laat prut vir 15 min. Voeg bietjie water by as sous te droog lyk……Skil aartappel en patats en sny in blokkies. Kook in soutwater tot sag, dreineer en maak fyn saam met die melk. Geur met sout en peper en neutmuskaat. Skep vleis in oondbak, bedek met patat en aartappelmengsel en stip met botter. Bak in voorverhitte oond vir 25-30 min tot goudbruin.
