TUNA STEAK MARINATED IN LEMON AND GARLIC (Blood-group O)

Ingredients:
1 lb. tuna steak 2 to 3 Tbsp. olive oil juice of 1 lemon 3 inch piece of lemon peel 4 cloves garlic crushed and peeled 2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro 1 inch piece ginger, grated 1 to 2 Tbsp. tamari water
How to make it:
Place tuna in a glass or ceramic bowl Combine all ingredients and pour over fish Allow to marinate 2 hours, turning a couple of times Heat heavy skillet over med. heat Put tuna in skillet Add marinade and a Tbsp. or two of water and bring to a simmer Cover and steam 8 to 10 min. Add water 1 Tbsp. at a time if necessary
