4 eiers, 1 K koekmeel, 2 en half t bakpoeier, halwe koppie kookwater,... 3 e botter (gesmelt) 1 k suiker, 1 t vanielje essens

METODE: Klits eiers en suiker tot romerig. Sif tesame meel, bakpoeier en voeg bo-op eiers en suiker mengsel. Gooi botter en water bo-op eiers en suiker. Roer goed deur. Gooi in gesmeerde flan panne. Bak by 180 grade vir 15 minute.

PYNAPPEL VULSELS VIR KOEKE EN FLANS:

BESTANDELE: 1/2 koppie wit suiker 4 eetlepels koekmeel Knippie sout 1 Eier 1 Blikke fyn pynappel (of stukke) 3/4 Koppie pynappelsap 1 Eetlepel botter/margarien

METODE: Kook al die bestandele behalwe die botter/margarien in 'n dubbelkoker (of vuurvaste glasbak op kastrol met kookwater) tot dik, roer gedurig. Roer botter by en laat afkoel om te gebruik as vulsel.
