½ k witwynasyn 2 e suiker 2 e kookwater handvol dille, fyngekap (20g) 1 rooirissie, gekap en sade verwyder 1 komkommer, in lang repe gesny

METODE: Plaas die witwynasyn, suiker en kookwater in ‘n beker en roer tot die suiker opgelos is. Meng in by die dille en rooirissie. Sit die komkommerrepe in ‘n vlak bak en giet die pekelmengsel oor. Bedek met kleefplastiek en plaas oornag in die yskas om goed te marineer. Daarna kan jy dit in gesteriliseerde bottels gooi en een week bêre. As jy dit te lank los, word dit baie suur.
