Ronel Mocke Knipe se Strawberry and Olive Salad: Dr. Chris / Yummy Promosie

Ingredients

500g Strawberries 15 Black Olives pitted 10 Basil (leaves, fresh) chopped coarsely 1 teaspoon Red Wine Vinegar 2 teaspoons Balsamic Vinegar 1 teaspoon White Pepper 1/2 teaspoon Sugar 1 tablespoon Olive Oil 1/2 teaspoon Salt

Directions

Wash the strawberries, hull them and slice them. Set aside. Mix all the remaining ingredients in a large salad bowl, add the strawberries, and toss gently.

Serve at room temperature.
