You already eat bugs, and you don't even know it!

That's right, there are tons of foods that are permitted by the FDA and other governing bodies to contain bits of bugs. Chances are, you've eaten plenty of foods that have hidden insects in them without even realizing it. And did those little buggers bother you? Don't even try to say that they did, because you couldn't even see (or taste) a single one.

So instead of being disgusted or put off, just think of all the extra protein, vitamins and minerals these critters have been contributing to your diet! And keep in mind that with cricket flour, insects are becoming just another ingredient.
