Cheese and herb log

1 cup grated gouda
1 disk feta, finely crumbled
1 cup finely grated mozzarella
2 T finely chopped parsley
2 T Melrose Cheese Spread
Mix the Gouda, feta, mozzarella and parsley well.
Add the Melrose Cheese Spread and beat with a wooden spoon until combined. Spoon onto a double layer of wax paper and shape into a log.
Roll the paper tightly around the cheese log and twist the ends.
Keep in the refrigerator until needed.
