1 1/2 kg gekerfde kool 1/2kg gekerfde uie 4 wortels gerasper

METODE: Gooi alles in kastrol en kook vir 10min Dreineer goed en gooi Skoon water op en kook tot sag. Dreineer en maak jou sous

SOUS 4k asyn 3k suiker 150ml appelkooskonfyt 125ml Sweet-chilli sous 2 blikkie of pakkie Tamatie Pasta 1k water 2t Matige kerrie [of sterk] 1 1/2t borrie 1t fyn koljander 2t sout 2t fyn gemmer 125ml Mielieblom[ Maziena]

METODE: Kook alles vir so 3min. Gooi die gedreineerde koolmengsel by en kook 5min. Maak jou mielieblom aan met n bietjie water en gooi by tot die regte dikte en kook tot gaar. Bottel warm!!!!N.S dit is baie lekker. Dit is amper soos n lekker blatjang.
