15 ml olyfolie 1 ui in ringe gesny 1 groenrissie in dun repies gesny 1 knoffelhuisie, in dun skyfies gesny 15 ml cayennepeper 15 ml visspeserye 3 ml gemaalde koljander 125 ml bevrore ertjies 10 kersietamaties, kleiner gesny 1 blik solied verpakte tuna in water, gedreineer 250 ml gaar bruinrys Sap van 'n halwe suurlemoen sout en vars gemaalde swartpeper

Verhit die olie in 'n pan en braai die ui, rissie en knoffel daarin tot gaar. Voeg die speserye by en braai tot geurig. Voeg die ertjies, tamaties, tuna en bruinrys by en braai tot deurwarm. Geur met suurlemoensap, sout en peper en sit voor. Hierdie slaai kan louwarm of koud geeet word.
