250ml Maziena

knippie Sout

250gram Stork Bake

200ml Yswater

METODE:

Sif droeë bestandele saam, Vryf margarien in tot dit lyk soos mielie meel, meng yswater in tot sagte deeg, (Sit deeg in yskas vir so halfuuur)

Rol dun uit

Sny in dun repies en vorm om horing vormpie.

Die kante moet oormekaar gevou word.

Verf met geklitste eier.

Bak 20-25 min by 180 °C of tot dit effe ligbruin verkleur.

Vul met biltong/lewerpatee
