SALAMI-FLAVOURED STUFFED EGGS

Halve the eggs lengthwise and remove the yolks with a teaspoon.
Mash the egg yolks, chutney and mayonnaise together.
Add the chopped salami and mix.
Spoon equal quantities of the mixture into the egg halves.
Decorate with chopped parsley.
Place in fridge until required.
Serve in combination with other snacks.
