Pak in lae op mekaar. Begin by 1, die blaarslaai en eindig met die hoender.

1. Blaarslaai, fyn gesnipper. 2. Wortels in repies gesny (julienne). 3. Komkommer in fyn ringetjies gesny. 4. Pynappel, in blokkies gesny. 5. Appels in repies gesny. 6. Rou beet, afgespoel in koue water en dan in fyn ringetjies gerasper. 7. Vars ertjies (nie blikkie) in kookwater gedompel vir paar minute. 8. Uie, in ringetjies gesny. 9. Cherry tamaties. 10. Strooi klein blokkies of stukkies hoender bo-op alles. Hoe meer hoender, hoe beter.

Gooi genoeg sous bo-oor. Ek gebruik Woolworths heuning en mosterdsous, maar Trim werk ook lekker.

Opsioneel: biltong, neute, papaja, peppadews, brood croutons, aspersies en vars mushrooms.
