Jazzy Festive Cheese Sticks

Ingredients:

- 4 Tomatoes, quartered - 1 English cucumber, cut into 1cm x 3cm pieces - 4 Sweetmilk DairyBelle Easy Slices - 4 Cheddar DairyBelle Easy Slices - 4 Gouda DairyBelle Easy Slices - 4 x 25cm skewers

Method:

1.Alternating the flavours, wrap the cucumber strips in the Easy Slices. 2.Thread the tomato wedges and cucumber rolls alternately onto skewers. 3.Garnish with sprigs of fresh mint and wedges of lime or lemon and serve. 4.Ideal as a snack
