Braai Mushrooms

8 Groot bruin mushrooms Knoffelbotter Mayonaise Gerasperde kaas Fyn biltong (optioneel) Mixed Herb spice + ½ teelepel Spuit holtes van Braaimate met spray & cook. Meng al die bestandele, behalwe die kaas, en plaas dit om die mushrooms. Ek haal die stammetjie uit, sny hom fyn, en meng dit saam met die bestandele. Strooi die kaas oor. Plaas 1 mushroom in elke holte van Braaimate en plaas op rooster. Wanneer die kaas gesmelt is, laat nog vir so 2 min prut, en haal van rooster af. Dit is heerlik op ‘n geroosterde broodtjie
