Red Velvet Cookies

Here's what you need: - 1 box red velvet cake mix - 2 eggs - 1/3 cup oil - Powdered sugar

Here's how to make it: Mix together the cake mix, eggs, and oil. Roll about 1 Tbsp. at a time in powdered sugar, and place on a baking sheet (a cookie scooper works really well). Press down on the cookies slightly with the bottom of a glass. Bake at 375°F/190°C for 9 minutes.
