Spaghetti Nests

Here's what you need: 1 Egg 3/4 Box Spaghetti - Cooked and cooled slightly 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese 1/4 Cup Marinara Sauce

Whisk egg in a large bowl. Add (slightly cooled) cooked spaghetti, parmesan cheese, and marinara sauce. Toss everything together until well mixed. Transfer into a well greased muffin tin and using the back of a teaspoon press down the center of each to create nests. Bake in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes at 375˚F (190˚C). Remove from oven and let cool slightly before removing from pan. Top with meatballs, additional marinara and cheese. Enjoy!
