Broccoli soup

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter 1 onion, chopped 1 stalk celery, chopped 1 l (4 cups) water 3 chicken bouillon cubes 8 cups broccoli florets 0,5 l (2 cups) milk ground black pepper to taste
Preparation:
Saute the onion and celery(in oil) over medium flame until tender in a medium sized stock pot. Add broccoli, water and chicken bouillon cubes, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Puree the soup with a stick blender. Now you want to pour in your milk and stir well. Bring the soup to a boil for a minutes. Add a dash of salt and pepper! Enjoy!
