Carrot soup

Ingredients:
- 600 grams - 21 oz of carrots, about 6 medium-sized carrots (peeled, sliced) - 2 potatoes (peeled, sliced) - 1 onion (sliced) - 1 yellow pepper (sliced) - 2 liters - 8 cups of water - 4 bouillon cubes (vegetables) - Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Put 1l - 4 cups water in a stock pot and add the onion, carrots, peppers and potatoes and bring to a boil. Add the beef cubes with. Let it cook 20 minutes with the lid on the pot. Mix the soup and add another 1 liter - 4 cups of water to it. Let the soup boil for 10 minutes and season to taste with salt and pepper.
