Chinese Cabbage Soup

Ingredients for Chinese Cabbage Soup:

For 6 Persons:

- 1 chinese cabbage - 1 clove garlic - ½ celery - 2 onions cut into rings - 2l (8 cups) water (with 4 vegetable bouillon cubes) or vegetable stock - salt and pepper

How to make it:

Wash the celery thoroughly and cut into pieces. Dont use the leaves. Put the water in the bowl, add the onion rings and celery and bring to the boil. Wash the cabbage and cut into large pieces and they also put in the bowl. Cut the garlic into small pieces and add. Add the vegetable stock cubes and let simmer for 20 min. Mix the soup and season with salt and pepper.
