Pea soup

Ingredients:
- 320 grams (11 oz) dried peas - 2 L (8 cups)(water - 2 potatoes (diced) - 1 onion (sliced) - 1 piece of celery (chopped) - 4 bouillon cubes (beef) - Salt and pepper - Smoked bacon
Preparation:
Put all ingredients in a soup pot and bring to a boil. Let simmer for 1.5 hours. Mix the soup and season with salt and pepper.
Garnish with fried croutons.
