• olyfolie • 400 g vissteaks • 1 ui, opgesny • 1 knoffelhuisie, gekap • 1 blik gekapte tamaties • 10 ml tamatiepasta • 125 ml droë witwyn • 5 ml droë Italiaanse kruie • 1 rooi en 1 geel soetrissie, in repies gesny • gaar pasta of gebakte aartappels, om voor te sit • vars pietersielie of origanum vir garnering 1 Drup olyfolie in ’n oondskottel. Sit die vis in die skottel en geur dit goed. 2 Meng die ui, knoffel, tamaties, tamatiepasta, wyn en kruie saam. Gooi dit oor die vis. Voeg die soetrissies by en drup nog ’n bietjie olyfolie oor. Bedek dit met foelie en bak dit vir 15 minute in die verhitte oond. Haal die foelie af en bak dit vir nog 10 minute of tot die vis gaar is. Sit dit met die pasta of aartappels voor. Garneer dit met die pietersielie of origanum.
