PANGEBRAAIDE VIS MET SPRIETUIE EN GEMMER

450 g ferm wit visfilette (stokvis) seesout 30 ml olie 10 ml vars gemmer, fyngekap 60 ml sojasous 4 sprietuie, fyngekap handvol vars koljander 200 g voorbereide koeskoes Druk die vis met papierhanddoek droog. Vryf aan albei kante met seesout in. Verhit die olie in ’n groot braaipan en braai die vis saam met die gemmer, ongeveer 5-8 minute. Gooi die sojasous oor en sprinkel die sprietuie oor. Plaas die koljander bo-op en sit voor met koeskoes
