GRILLED FISH WITH TASTY RICE

4 portions ( about 125 g each ) firm white fish 30 ml ( 2 T ) lemon juice 2,5 ml ( 1/ 2 t ) salt 1 ml ( 1/ 4 t ) paprika 1 m 1/ 4 ) garlic and herb seasoning salt 2,5 ml ( 1/ 2 t ) freshly ground black pepper 1 ml ( 1/ 4 t ) dried oreganum 1 ml ( 1/ 4 t ) dried thyme Olive oil for sprinkling Fresh lemon for serving Flavoured rice 30 ml ( 2 T ) oil 60 ml ( 1/ 4 c ) chopped chives 60 ml ( 1/ 4 c ) chopped green peppers 30 ml ( 2 T ) chopped fresh parsley 500 ml ( 2 c ) cooked rice Preheat the oven to 200 C and line a baking sheet with aluminium foil. Sprinkle the fish with lemon juice. Mix the salt, paprika, seasoning salt, black pepper, oreganum and thyme and sprinkle over each fish portion. Arrange fish on the baking sheet, drizzle with a little olive oil and oven-grill for 10 minutes or until the fish is done. Meanwhile oil in a saucepan and fry the chives and green peppers for a few seconds until fragrant. Add the parsley and rice and fry until the rice is heated through
Serve the fish on rice.
