Hoender filette – kap plat met piering of vleis hammertjie Neem vars spinasie blaar en sit bo-op filette Sit gekrummelde feta kaas bo-op Geur met sout en gemaalde peper Rol toe en neem nou “streaky bacon” en rol om die hoender – so 2 stukkies is genoeg. Steek vas met tandestokkies Sit in bakplaat

Maak sousie van Jimmy sous, suurlemoensap en smeer bo-oor die hoender. Gooi so ‘n paar stukkies roosmaryn op as jy het. Bak in oond by 180grade C tot gaar. Smeer elke nou en dan van die sousie oor Dit neem so 30 minute om deurgaar te wees.

Bedien met kaassous en mengelslaai.
