Rich cream scones

Ingredients 4 x 250 ml cake flour 20 ml baking powder 5 ml salt 250 ml Clover Fresh Cream ± 340 ml lemonade To serve 250 ml Clover Fresh Cream fresh strawberries or strawberry jam
Method Preheat oven to 180°C.
Sift the dry ingredients together.
Beat the cream and lemonade together and add to the dry ingredients, mixing lightly.
Spoon equal amounts into a greased muffin pan and bake for 15 minutes.
Serve scones halved with whipped cream and strawberries or jam.
