Decadent hot chocolate

Ingredients ½ cup (110 g) castor sugar ¾ cup (70 g) good-quality cocoa powder, plus extra to dust 1 cup (250 ml) Clover Mmmilk (Vanilla flavoured milk), cold 100 g dark chocolate, broken into pieces 1 cup (250 ml) Clover Fresh Cream 3 cups (750 ml) Clover Mmmilk, hot

Method Place the sugar, cocoa and 250 ml cold milk into a pan.

Heat over a medium heat until the sugar dissolves.

Reduce heat and add the chocolate and stir until melted.

Whisk in cream and 750 ml hot milk.

Taste and add more milk if desired, pour into mugs and dust some cocoa powder over the top.
