Tomato and feta tart

Ingredients 2 x 240 g full cream plain smooth cottage cheese 5 ml salt 1 clove garlic, crushed 45 ml fresh mixed herbs, finely chopped 1 x 210 g packet puff pastry, thawed 200 g Rosa tomatoes 100 g Clover Feta Plain, crumbed 1 egg, lightly beaten, to glaze salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste To serve fresh basil or rocket leaves
Method Preheat oven to 220°C.
Mix the cottage cheese, salt, garlic and herbs together in a glass bowl.
Roll out the pastry into a rectangle.
Spread the cottage cheese mixture over the pastry, leaving a 1 cm border around the edges.
Top with whole Rosa tomatoes.
Brush the edges of the pastry with beaten egg.
Sprinkle the feta on top.
Bake for 45 minutes or until pastry has risen and is golden.
Season to taste.
Scatter the basil or rocket leaves on top.
Serve immediately.
