1 medium varkboud 3 – 5 knoffelhuisies, in repies gesny 2 swoerdlose spekvleisrepies, in stukkies gesny 125 ml olie 5 ml gedroogde oreganum 5 ml gedroogde roosmaryn sout en vars gemaalde swartpeper Maak gate in die boud stop die boud met die knoffel en die spek. Plaas die boud in n oondskottel en giet die olie oor. Strooi die kruie, sout en peper oor die boud. Oondbraai die boud 1 tot 1 uur 30 minute lank by 200 C terwyl jy die boud gereeld omdraai. Sny die vleis in skywe. Bedien dit warm of koud.
