Bestanddele: 3 eetlepels balsemieke asyn 2 eetlepels olyfolie 2 eetlepels roosmarynnaalde, gekap 4 varktjops 3 soetrissies, pitjies verwyder en in lang repe gesny Metode: 1. Plaas alles saam in ‘n bak en laat dit mariner vir 30 minute. 2. Haal die tjops uit die marinade en braai dit oor warm kole vir 6 minute aan ‘n kant. Verwyder en laat dit eenkant rus. 3. Gooi intussen die marinade en soetrissies in ‘n braaipan en roer dit vinnig oor matige kole tot sag. 4. Bedien elke tjop met ‘n skeppie van die balsemieke soetrissie bo-op, en saam met ‘n soetpatat-en-piesanggereg.
