125 ml (½ k) strooisuiker 180 ml (¾ k) koekmeelblom 10 ml (2t) koeksoda knipppie sout 1 ekstragroot eier 250 ml (1 k) melk 5 ml (1 t) asyn 15 ml (1 e) botter, gesmelt 5 ml (1 t) karamelgeursel Sous 80 ml (? k) bruinsuiker 30 ml (2 e) botter 250 ml (1 k) room Voorverhit die oond tot 180 ºC en smeer vier bakkies. Sif die droë bestanddele saam. Klits die eier, melk, asyn en botter saam. Voeg die droë bestanddele by die eiermengsel en roer tot glad. Roer die karamelgeursel in en giet die mengsel in die gesmeerde bakkies. Bak 20 minute. Sous Meng al die bestanddele in ’n kastrol en roer tot die botter smelt. Prik klein gaatjies in elke poeding en skep die sous bo-oor. Laat afkoel. Haal uit die bakkies en sit voor met vla
