Verhit ’n rooster tot mediumhoog.

Vryf 700 g lendeskyf met 2 t rissiepoeier, 1ó t gerasperde lemmetjieskil en 1/2 t sout.

Rooster vir 3 tot 4 minute aan elke kant of totdat dit na jou smaak gaar is.

Plaas op ’n snyplank en laat rus vir 5 minute.

Meng intussen 2 k gekapte vars pynappel met 1 k dig gepakte vars koljanderblare, fyngekap, en 3 k gaar witrys.

Sny die steak in dun snye en sit voor met die rys. Garneer met lemmetjieskyfies.
