BROCCOLI EN SPEK QUICHE

Hierdie quiche is blitsvinnig en heerlik.

300 g broccoli 250 g cheddar, gerasper 250 g spek, gaar en in stukkies gesny 60 g uie, gekap 6 eiers 250 ml room sout en peper na smaak

Stoom die broccoli tot gaar en dreineer. Sny dit fyner of druk effens fyner met 'n aartappeldrukker. Spuit 'n glasbak met kleefwerende middel en skep die broccoli onderin die bak. Sprinkel die kaas bo-oor die broccoli, asook die spek en uie. Klits die eiers en room saam en geur met sout en peper. Gooi die eiermengsel bo-oor die broccoli. Bak teen 180ºC vir ongeveer 35-45 minute, tot die eier gestol is. Laat die quiche vir 15 minute staan voor opdiening.
