Gebakte botterskorsie met pampoenpitte

6 baie klein botterskorsies sowat 50 ml olyfolie 3 – 4 takkies vars tiemie sout en varsgemaalde swartpeper na smaak hand vol pampoenpitte

Verhit oond tot 180 °C. Halveer botterskorsies en skep pitte uit. Plaas op bakplaat en sprinkel olyfolie oor. Trek blaartjies van tiemie af en sprinkel oor. Geur met sout en peper en plaas in oond. Bak botterskorsies tot sag – die tyd sal afhang van hoe groot die botterskorsies is. Haal uit en sprinkel pampoenpitte oor. Garneer met vars tiemietakkies
