Nandos Style Chicken

Ingredients
Chicken Garlic flakes Paprika Portuguese spice Lemon pepper Cream Nandos sauce
Method
Butterfly the chicken and rub with all the spices.
Add a drizzle of oil to a roasting tray and and add the chicken. Put it into the oven for 30minutes
Add the cream and nandos sauce to a pan and simmer on a medium heat until slightly reduced.
Add chicken to the sauce and simmer for a further 10mintutes.
P.S I had loads of sauce to mop up with the garlic rolls. Can be added over spicy rice to make a saucy spicy rice or simply used as a dipping sauce for your chips.
Spicy cheesy garlic rolls
Mix Rama with freshly chopped garlic, garlic flakes, paprika, lemon pepper.
Slice rolls and spread butter, add sliced cheese and pop in the oven for 10minutes. Once one brush the top with some of the spicy butter to give it a glaze.
