Lus vir 'n omelet, maar dit voel vanoggend na te veel moeite? Maak dan 'n oop omelet - gooi alles bymekaar en kyk hoe hy homself gaar maak!

2 eiers 30 ml room sout en peper na smaak 15 g butter 50 g sampioene, gesny 50 g spek, gaargemaak 25 g soetrissies, fyngekap 50 g cheddar, gerasper

Klits die eiers saam met die room en geur met sout en peper. Smelt die botter in 'n pan en gooi die eiermengsel daarin. Sprinkle die sampioene, spek, soetrissies en cheddar bo-oor, bedek en kook vir ongeveer 5-10 minute tot die eier gaar is. Lewer 1 Porsie *2625kJ * Total Fat 47g * Protein 44g * Total Carbs 6.3g * Net Carbs 5.3g
