Spaghetti met salm

BESTANDDELE 400 g spaghetti 20 ml olyfolie 6 knoffelhuisies, gekneus 1-2 vars rissies, ontpit en gekap 1 blikkie salm, gedreineer (of 100 g bevrore salm) grasuie / kappertjiesaad en suurlemoenwiggies vir garnering (opsioneel) METODE Kook die pasta in kokende soutwater tot al dente en dreineer. Verhit die olie in ’n groot pan en voeg knoffel en rissies by. Braai vir ’n minuut. Voeg die salm by en roer tot deurwarm. Meng die pan se inhoud met die pasta en geur na smaak. Garneer met grasuie / kappertjiesaad en suurlemoenwiggies en bedien met slaai.
