SPINASIE HOENDERBORSIES

125 g roomkaas, saggemaak 300 g spinasie, gaar gestoom en fyn gekap 50 g feta kaas, gekrummel 2 knoffelhuisies, fyngemaak 4 hoender borsies, beenloos en ontvel 8 repe streepspek

Meng die roomkaas, spinasie, feta en knoffel saam in 'n mengbak. Geur na smaak. Sny die borsies versigtig in die helfte deur, maar moenie deursny nie. Verdeel die spinasie-mengsel tussen die 4 borsies en maak die borsies toe. Draai twee repe spek om elke borsie en druk met 'n tandestokkie vas. Plaas in 'n gesmeerde oondvaste bak en bedek. Bak in 'n voorverhitte oond teen 190 grade vir 1 uur of tot die hoenderborsies gaar is. Lewer 4 porsies. Per Porsie * 2452kJ * Total Fat 39g * Protein 53g * Total Carbs 4.5g * Net Carbs 2.9g
