Sampioene-en-kruiepasta

Genoeg vir 4-6 mense Bereiding: 5 minute Kooktyd: 20 minute 45 ml (3 e) botter 2 stingeluie, gekap 1 knoffelhuisie, gekap 250 g sampioene, in skywe gesny 250 ml (1 k) room 125 ml (½ k) Griekse jogurt 10 ml (2 e) Dijonmosterd 15 ml (1 e) heelkorrelmosterd sout en peper na smaak 250 g fettuccine, gaargemaak volgens die aanwysings op die pak 5 ml (1 t) elk gedroogde pietersielie, basilie en tiemie 45 ml (3 e) parmesaankaas, gerasper Verhit die botter in ’n swaarboompan en braai die stingeluie, knoffel en sampioene effe. Voeg die room, jogurt, mosterd, sout en peper na smaak by en laat prut ’n minuut. Roer die gaar pasta en gedroogde kruie by en roer tot goed gemeng. Skep in bakkies en sprinkel die kaas oor. Sit warm voor met slaai.
