Strawberry Chocolate Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients:
1 roll puff pastry - thawed and cut into scuares of 10x10 cm
300g fresh / frozen strawberries, cut into pieces
Nutella
cinnamon sugar (1/2 cup sugar, combined with 1 tablespoon cinnamon, or to taste)
Method:
Pack the puff pastry squares open on a working surface.
Spread 1/3 of the puff pastry liberally with Nutella.
Roll up the puff pastry square with the filling in the middle.
Roll the puff pastry roll in cinnamon sugar.
Layer a baking tray with parchment paper.
Pack the rolls on the baking tray.
Bake for 15 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees Celcius.
Enjoy with chantilly cream!
Chantilly Cream
Ingredients:
180ml cream 15ml (1T) vanilla essence 30ml (2T) icing sugar For the glaze 1 egg white, beaten 500ml (2 cups) icing sugar, sifted + extra squeeze of lemon juice
Method:
Beat all the ingredients together until stiff peaks form.
