Ingredients:

7 fruit pastelles per flower: 6 pastelles of one colour for the leaves and 1 colour for the centre

We used the round pastelles for the bouquet on the above picture, but you can experiment with the other shapes stuck around a round pastelle for the centre.

Method:

Pack out the flower like you want to build them with the round pastelle in the centre.

Use edible glue to stick the flower together.

Cut celophane squares that will cover the flower completely.

Place each flower upside down on the celophane square.

Insert a bamboo stick in the centre pastelle and fold the celophane around the stick to cover the flower completely.

Secure with a piece of clear celotape.

Add a green ribbon just under the flower.

Stick in a polysteriene ball, placed in a basket for presentation.
