Crispy chicken nuggets

Serve with a bowl of carrot 'pops' as a snack or have them with a crispy salad and baby potatoes, or even oven chips for a fun dinner with the kids.
Main Ingredients 1 packet mini chicken fillet 1 cup Nutty Wheat flour 1 cup buttermilk plum 2 cups breadcrumb
• Preheat oven to 200˚C • Coat chicken in flour, then in buttermilk and finally in breadcrumbs • Place on a greased baking tray and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through and crisp • Turn halfway through cooking time • Serve nuggets with salad and a dollop of tomato sauce
