Aarbeie gevul met 'n verneuk lemmetjie kaaskoek

BESTANDDELE

20 - 25 groot aarbeie 250 ml Orley Whip ½ x 379 g blik kondensmelk skil en sap van 1 lemmetjie sap van 1 suurlemoen

METODE

Sny die boonste deel van die aarbeie af met 'n skerp mes en kerf 'n holte in elkeen. Wees versigtig om nie deur die kante te kerf nie. Meng die kondensmelk, sap en skil en roer. Klits die Orley Whip totdat dit styf is en vou die kondensmelkmengsel daarby in. Laat dit vir 'n ruk staan om te stol. Skep in 'n spuitsak en vul die aarbeie daarmee. Plaas die toppe van die aarbeie terug en bedien.
