Banting deluxe egg, avocado & bacon

Ingredients:

egg

avocado

bacon

Method:

Half the avocado, core and peel.

Poach the egg for 2 minutes in boiling water.

Scoop into the avocado half.

Top with the other avocado half

Cover with bacon

Grill untill the bacon is crisp

Endulge!
