Cheesy Sausage Rolls

Serves 4
Ingredients:
400g ready rolled puff pastry 1 egg, beaten ½ cup sweet chilli sauce 1 cup grated cheddar cheese 4 Enterprise cheese grillers 2 Tbs sesame seeds
Method:
Preheat oven to 180C. Cut the pastry in half. Brush the edges of the pastry with egg wash. Spread the sweet chilli sauce onto the center of the pastry halves then sprinkle with cheese. Place 2 cheese grillers, end to end, on top of the cheese then roll to encase with the pastry. Brush the long sausage rolls with more egg wash, then cut to form small sausage rolls. Sprinkle with sesame seeds then place onto a greased baking tray. Bake until the pastry is golden brown and crispy.
