Chocolate Bites

Makes 40 chocolate bites
Ingredients:
125 ml (½ cup) margarine 500 ml (2 cups) Huletts SunSweet Brown Sugar 83 ml (⅓ cup) cocoa 125 ml (½ cup) milk 5 ml (1 t) Moir's Vanilla Essence 500 ml (2 cups) oats 250 ml (1 cup) Moir's Desiccated Coconut
Method:
Heat the margarine, sugar, cocoa and milk together until the margerine has melted. Increase heat and boil for 6 minutes. Remove from heat and add vanilla essence. Mix oats and coconut into cocoa mixture. Mix well and place tablespoons full on a greased baking sheet. Leave to set.
