Fish Puffs With A Dipping Sauce Recipe

Spring onions give flavour to these flaked fish and mashed potato puffs served with a tasty sweet chilli sauce.

Ingredients • 3 tablespoon Oil, for deep frying • 1 sachet KNORR Garlic & Herb Potato Bake • 1 pinch Robertsons Salt and Pepper to taste • 2 Eggs • 30 gram Melted margarine • 5 millilitre Spring onion, finely chopped • 180 gram Mashed potato • 250 gram Cooked fish • 200 sweet chilli sauce for dipping

Instructions 1. Beat eggs thoroughly and flake the fish. 2. Mix all ingredients into the eggs and beat until smooth and fluffy. 3. Heat oil in a deep frying pan. 4. Drop spoons full of the mixture into hot oil and fry until golden brown for 2-3 Minutes. 5. Drain on paper towel. 6. Serve with sweet chilli sauce as a dipping sauce.
